Investigation of Integral and Differential Characteristics of Variatropic Structure Heavy Concretes by Ultrasonic Methods

The article develops methods and methodology for experimental studies of centrifuged vibro-centrifuged concrete products annular cross-section. They assess the real variatropy structure confirm correctness accepted research. An original technique cross-sections vibrated, concretes is proposed to determine their integral (common) differential (differing in layers) strength strain characteristics deformation diagrams. It has been proved that with vibro-centrifugation it becomes possible obtain improved higher compared centrifugation vibration techniques. Experimental under compression tension revealed outer layer had best after vibro-centrifugation, inner worst ones. three-layer model variatropic experimentally confirmed. layers highest modulus elasticity least deformability; lowest middle average characteristics. diagrams were also differentiated by layers, confirming such concretes. demonstrated strength; showed corresponded mean
